Additional Information | 1) Deletion of tfpO gene encoding TfpO shows a production of unglycosylated Pilin which indicates that it is required for pilin glycosylation. 2) TfpO mutant also shows a reduction in surface motility and virulence toward host tobacco plant which shows that pilin glycan plays an important role in bacterial motility and virulence. |
