CAZY FamilyNon-GT
Experimental ValidationIn vivo
Function in Glycosylation pathway1) It is a acetyltransferase.
Additional Information1) It work with MMP0351, MMP0352, and MMP0353 these are all involved in the biosynthesis of the second sugar (GlcNAc3NAcA) of the archaellin tetrasaccharide i.e to convert UDP-GlcNAc to UDP-GlcNAc3NAcA.
2) It is a homolog to WbpD of P. aeruginosa PAO1 and can functionally replace it.
